Submission Guidelines

ICSEEE invites academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and students to submit original, unpublished, high-quality research contributions in Electrical, Electronics, and allied interdisciplinary domains. Submissions are not restricted only to listed tracks; relevant and technically strong work within conference scope is welcome.

All compliant submissions undergo rigorous double-blind peer review. Papers are assessed for originality, technical depth, significance, methodological correctness, relevance, and presentation quality.

Submission Type: IEEE Full Paper (Publication and Presentation) template. Authors are advised to keep a 15-day extension window in their planning for revisions and camera-ready updates.

General Requirements

  • Paper length: 4-6 pages (maximum for standard submission)
  • Language: English only
  • Format: IEEE conference template (Word/LaTeX)
  • Maximum six authors per paper
  • Original work only; simultaneous submission elsewhere is not allowed

Submission Process

  1. Prepare manuscript using the official IEEE template
  2. Convert and validate the final PDF
  3. Submit through Microsoft CMT portal before deadline
  4. Respond to reviewer comments and upload camera-ready copy after acceptance

Plagiarism and Copyright Policy

  • Similarity levels must comply with IEEE plagiarism guidelines
  • Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are strictly prohibited
  • Proper citation is mandatory for reused models, figures, tables, and datasets
  • Permission must be obtained for copyrighted third-party content

Publication and Support

Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to IEEE approval and conference compliance.

Authors must prepare manuscripts using the IEEE conference format.

Submission Portal

All full-paper submissions must be uploaded through Microsoft CMT. Authors should ensure metadata, title, abstract, and author details are complete at submission time.

Recommended: submit at least 15 days before deadline to accommodate revisions and final checks.
